125.00/HR - 8oz Hot or Iced Coffee and Hot Chocolate included . **Purchases outside of booking inclusions will be an additional charge.
150.00/HR - 8oz Hot or Iced Coffee/Hot Chocolate & Baked Goods included.**Excluding hot food and bagels. Purchases outside of booking inclusions will be an additional charge.
250.00/HR - One 12oz latte/specialty latte per person and Baked Goods. **Excluding hot food and bagels. Purchases outside of booking inclusions will be an additional charge.

You may bring your own food/drink for your event, no outside alcohol will be permitted. **Ask us about our beers in house!
- Payment must be taken at reservation.
- We require notice on parties over 15 people to staff events accordingly.
- We require a 24-hour cancellation notice prior to the event or deposit will be forfeited.
- 7 day notice to book events.
- The renter will be responsible for clean-up and or damage to any propery.
- Terms will be agreed upon prior to rental.
Meeting Room Info
Dapper Owl has a beautiful, private room for meetings and events. The meeting space can accommodate up to 25 people comfortably.
Customers can book our room for anything from study groups, special interest groups, or business meetings. We provide catering for events and the menus is specific to your preference and needs.
